Mr. Hew Chee Hau is the founder of HNP Group as he established the firm in 2005. Over the years, his visionary leadership and dedication have enabled the firm to grow steadily, expanding its scope of services to meet the diverse needs of clients. Today, he is actively involved in Accounting, Corporate, Business, Taxation and Initial Public Offering (“IPO”) advisory services across various industries, positioning HNP Group as a trusted one-stop solution provider for businesses of all sizes.

Mr. Hew is a Certified Chartered Accountant, Licensed Company Secretary and Licensed Tax Agent in Malaysia. With more than 20 years of professional experience, he has served a wide array of clients from industries such as construction, interior design, manufacturing and trading, logistics, events and exhibitions, food and beverage, hotel and tourism, and many more. His vast expertise enables him to understand the unique challenges faced by different sectors and deliver tailored solutions that drive business success.

In addition to leading HNP Group, Mr. Hew also serves as the Managing Director of Shareworks Sdn. Bhd., a Company specializing in listing-related corporate services and share registry-related businesses across a multitude of industries in Malaysia.

Mr. Leong Sik Yin is the co-founder of HNP Group and he is a Chartered Accountant of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA), a respected professional body in the accounting sector. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, equipping him with a robust foundation in both financial management and business operations. With more than 20 years of extensive experience in the field, Mr. Leong has developed a deep expertise in accounting, tax advisory and financial consulting across a broad spectrum of industries, including manufacturing, services, real estate, trading and many more.

In addition to his qualifications, Mr. Leong is a licensed tax agent, offering his clients a comprehensive range of tax services. His vast experience includes preparing tax planning for companies in various sectors, ensuring the client remain compliant with Malaysia's tax regulations while maximizing their tax efficiency. Mr. Leong is also highly skilled in providing expert advice on tax planning, structuring and strategy to help client optimize their financial operations.

Throughout his career, Mr. Leong has played a pivotal role in assisting companies navigate complex tax audits and investigations. His in-depth understanding of Malaysian tax laws, combined with his practical experience, enables him to offer invaluable support in resolving tax issues and achieving favorable outcomes for his clients.

Mr. Tew Yoke Seng, Witson, is a highly skilled and results-driven accounting professional with over 10 years of extensive experience in the accounting field in Malaysia. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies (Management) from Tunku Abdul Rahman University College. He is a member of Malaysia Institute of Accountants (MIA) and Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA). Additionally, he also a member of Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA), which reflects his deep commitment to maintain the highest standards of financial management and his ability to navigate complex global accounting frameworks.

Currently, he serves as the Accounting Team Leader at HNP Group, where he plays an important role in overseeing the company’s accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, transparency, financial integrity and management of Sales and Service Tax (SST) and Goods and Services Tax (GST) in all aspects of business transactions. His comprehensive knowledge helps the client remain compliant with Malaysia's dynamic tax regulations and his strategic insights and ability to optimize tax processes have proven essential in driving operational efficiency and supporting sound financial decision-making.

In addition to his accounting expertise, he is a qualified Chartered Secretary with a practicing certificate issued by the Companies Commission of Malaysia (CCM) mainly assisting our associate partner in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. With his extensive experience in accounting and corporate governance, he plays a crucial role in driving business efficiency, ensuring regulatory compliance and positioning of HNP Group for continued success in the industry.

Ms. Lim Chian Wen, Denise, is a member of the Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia (CTIM), an acknowledgment of her advanced expertise in the field of taxation. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies (Accounting) from Tunku Abdul Rahman University College, which provided her with a solid foundation in business and financial principles. With over 13 years of professional experience in Malaysia’s taxation sector, she has built an extensive knowledge base and a trusted advisor in tax-related matters.

As the Tax Team Leader of HNP Group, she plays a pivotal role in managing and overseeing a wide range of tax services for her clients. Her responsibilities include supervising tax compliance, handling tax investigations, managing transfer pricing matters, conducting tax training and providing strategic advice on other complex tax issues. She leads her team to ensure clients adhere to their tax obligations while identifying opportunities to optimize tax efficiency and mitigate risks.

Throughout her career, her commitment in navigating complex tax audits and investigations has enabled her to deliver reliable and effective solutions that minimize risks and enhance tax compliance and by providing strategic, innovative solutions has helped clients streamline their tax processes, optimize tax positions and improve overall financial performance.

Ms. Chan Poh Yee is a Licensed Secretary with a practicing certificate from the Companies Commission of Malaysia (CCM), demonstrating her proficiency and expertise in corporate secretarial matters. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree (Hons) from Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology, where she gained a strong academic foundation in business and law. With over 8 years of practical experience in the corporate sector, she has developed an in-depth understanding of corporate governance, regulatory compliance and the intricacies of Malaysian corporate law.

She currently serves as the Corporate Secretarial Team Leader at HNP Group, where she manages corporate secretarial services for a wide range of clients from various industries, ensuring that their businesses remain compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.

She oversees the preparation of essential corporate documents, filing of statutory returns and the management of board meetings and shareholder meetings, all while ensuring that companies adhere to the best practices in corporate governance. She has consistently helped clients navigate regulatory changes, optimize their internal processes and manage corporate risks effectively.
